At this time I am working as managing partner & owner at Early Stage, a firm specialised in strategic consulting for web based projects and with a specific focus on Enterprise 2.0. I’m also an independent consultant specialised in business process analysis in the field of web-technologies. In short it means that I help companies to define what to do when starting an e-project such as a website, an intranet or any other e-enabled project.
As a father of 2 I also have the amazing chance to be responsible for the well-being and education of this team of hyper-motivated young professionals of life (also known as children). You can not realise how much parallels their are between two kids discovering life and companies discovering the impact of simple projects such as an intranet on their organisation. Both are often totally unprepared for the consequences of their actions. I have the small hope of being able to help both of them in attaining their final objectives. In one case this can be making a successful attempt to butter their own sandwich, in the other case this can be the successful launch of an international extranet for external suppliers linked with an SAP-system. I leave it to the fathers and mothers amongst you to find out which one is the most difficult.
