The trip from Bergen to Stryn was long (in time, not in distance) because of the scenic road we had to take. And scenic it was, just beautiful driving along the lakes and fjords. It’s difficult to describe so I invite you to take a look at the pictures below.
Finally we arrived at our cabin in Stryn. A more idyllic place is difficult to describe. A complete wooden cabin next to a waterfall with a stunning view on the nearby fjord and the snowy mountains. No better place to enjoy a drink and make fun with the family. The night has fallen now and while I’m writing this the fire is cracking in the fireplace and the last sun is shining on the snowy mountaintops across the fjord. I’m going to enjoy my book and tuck into bed in a couple of minutes I think dreaming of the hike we are going to do tomorrow.
